Advanced Certified Scrum Master Training (2 days)

The Advanced Certified Scrum Master is for those practicing Scrum Masters looking to move to the next level in their journeyl

Course Overview

This two-day virtual training class allows Certified ScrumMasters (CSMs) to reach the next step in their learning journey.

The Advanced-CSM (A-CSM) training is the second step of the Scrum Alliance Path to CSP program. By drawing on their knowledge and previous experience, it allows them to strengthen their skills in facilitation, coaching, scaling and help them become real leaders in the service of their Team, their Product Owner and their Organization.

Each training is unique and adapted to the context and profile of the participants. It meets the learning objectives defined by the Scrum Alliance while providing the latitude for deep discussions and questions.

Lead by a Certified Scrum Trainer (since 2011) who was taught by Ken Schwaber in 2002, and co-facilitated by an experienced Agile practitioner, this training workshop leverages the latest in virtual training tools, a unique visual style, and extensive hands-on experience to create an engaging class for anyone interested in Scrum and looking to prepare themselves for working in Agile organizations & teams.

Who Should Attend

The Advanced Scrum Master A-CSM training is intended for ScrumMasters with at least one year of experience as a ScrumMaster. It allows them to continue to develop their knowledge of the principles and practices of Scrum and to understand the different postures of an advanced Scrum Master.

Engaging & Interactive

All of our training classes are live (virtual or in-person) for the full duration.

We strongly believe that rolling out slides during training is not the best way to communicate knowledge. On the contrary, we want to make you an participant in your own learning.

Instead, our training classes are punctuated by group discussions, practical exercises, games, simulations, videos and feedback, during which participants will learn from each other in a positive learning environment.

The training is also a very good opportunity to exchange with other participants and share your different experiences with Scrum and Agility.

To obtain your A-CSM Certification you must:
