Visual Facilitation

This is an interactive workshop that bridges the gap between virtual and visual facilitation. While some teams moved to a distributed and remote working environment before the pandemic, we are seeing a significant rise in the number of virtual teams and organizations over the past couple of years. With this, teams may already be facing communication and collaboration challenges, oftentimes exacerbated by distance and lack of accessibility, hindering team culture and progress.
