Our virtual courses endeavour to bring in the rich mix of communication, collaboration and learning games that were hallmarks of our in-person classes. With proven approaches and an engaging technology platform, participants are able to share ideas, work in breakouts, practice new ways of working, all from the comfort of their own set-up.
The learning platform we use is as follows:
- ZOOM – an industry standard video and collaboration platform that allows for excellent face-to-face communication and facilitates chats, breakout rooms and an overall visual style of teaching.
- MURAL – this real time collaboration board provides the background for many of the learning games and exercises
- Notability – in lieu of whiteboards and projectors, the slides are shared through Zoom and annotated using Notability. Blank sheets are created so that the facilitators can draw out concepts in real time or highlight areas as needed.
- Graphic Facilitation – a key way of learning in a virtual classroom is being able to see clearly what is being discussed and shaping those artifacts. Both of our facilitators are trained graphic facilitators that brings a unique visual tone and ashetic to all the classes providing students with a very rich experience.

Course description
The path to enterprise agility requires an organization and its people to complete three traverses. In the traverse to team agility, the focus is on helping teams build flexible, adaptive, fit-for-purpose agile practices. This course covers the traverse to portfolio agility where the focus is on organizing agile teams into value streams and optimizing the delivery of value across the organization using a fast and resilient portfolio operating model, supported by adaptive governance. Portfolio agility sets the stage for organizations to make the final traverse to strategic agility.
This course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and Directors, Portfolio Managers and Executive Directors who want to level up their agile knowledge and practices and set the stage for their organization’s journey to enterprise agility.
